Founding Generalist, SF (open ended)

This role is intentionally open-ended.

We are looking for someone exceptional who does not cleanly fit into a single job title. You might be a designer who can code, an engineer with strong product taste, or a generalist who ships real things quickly and well.

If you are unusually good at building, thinking, or executing, and you want real ownership in an early-stage company, we want to talk.

You will work directly with the founders on whatever matters most. That could be product design, frontend work, internal tools, systems thinking, or something we have not fully defined yet. The scope will shape around your strengths.

This is not a role for people who want rigid structure or narrow responsibility. It is for people who want leverage, autonomy, and the ability to materially move the company forward.

Process

We will do a short founder screen, followed by a deeper conversation about how you think and what you have built. Final step is a paid work trial focused on something real. We care about output, judgment, and taste.

Compensation

Compensation depends on level and scope, with competitive salary and equity.
